Week 1

Here goes~

Week 1: Why start this challenge?

This blog is devoted to gratitude.  Around New Years Eve, people began posting things on FB about all they did last year.  I couldn't think of one significant thing (which is stupid really because I did some pretty awesome things).  Anyway, I started screwing around on Pinterest and found some Gratitude lists that I thought would lead me in a better direction this year.  Id love to do all of them, but.....  We'll see.

This particular challenge is 52 weeks long.  Each week is a new topic to blog about.  As the title goes, this one is about why I started this challenge.  I would like to be thankful for the things I have, instead of feeling like there's "more" - somewhere else - and if I had that "more" then I would truly be happy.  That's not how it goes, apparently, since it hasn't been working for me.  Hopefully, by being thankful, I can also be happier.
